Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of jewellery and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product safety, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered.

This policy ensures that every piece you receive is brand new, unworn, and handled with the utmost care.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged item, or
  • An incorrect product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

After reviewing your request, we will gladly arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
