How long does shipping take?
United Kingdom:
- Standard: 3-5 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
International:
- Standard: 7-14 business days
- Express: 4-7 business days

How long is the processing/dispatch time?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We process orders Monday to Friday. Excludes weekends.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Xaurea ships globally to most countries. International shipping times vary based on region and customs.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- Items are unworn & in original condition
- Packing, tags, and accessories are included
