At Xaurea, we take great pride in crafting jewellery that reflects elegance, precision, and timeless beauty.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, including jewellery box, pouches, tags, and certificates, is included
  • The return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is not damaged, altered, or resized by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  • Gift cards

Note: If an item arrives damaged or defective, it IS eligible for replacement.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the defect
  • Packaging photos

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@xaurea.com
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. You will receive return instructions and the nearest return address
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Different colour/variant
  • Replacement of defective items

Exchanges must follow the same conditions as returns.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the item is defective or incorrect → Free return shipping
  • For all other return reasons → Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once processed, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.

International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may vary by country
