We aim to deliver your jewellery safely, securely, and on time.
This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing may take an additional day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
    (when available)

International Delivery

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days
  • Express International: 4–7 business days

Please note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or local restrictions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the delivery destination and shipping option selected.

  • Free standard shipping on all qualifying orders
  • Express shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking link to follow your package

If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Delivery Issues

Xaurea is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Courier delays due to weather, holidays, or logistic issues

If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International deliveries may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Local taxes

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is:

❌ Stolen

❌ Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of damage (if applicable)

We will assist with a replacement or resolution depending on the case.

8. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be mentioned on the product page
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship together unless split shipping is paid

9. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (some regions)
  • Restricted countries due to courier limitations

If your address is not eligible, we will contact you immediately.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts:

  • The parcel may be returned to Xaurea
  • Re-delivery fees may apply
